Session products sold on ADS Law
Founder-led sessions and standalone document scoring are sold on the founder’s ADS Law platform (adslaw.ai) under that platform’s own terms and refund policy. This policy governs payments made directly to Clemons Wright.
The Operating Risk Assessment ($500, first 30 days)
- Before kickoff: full refund minus a 5% scheduling reservation fee.
- During the thirty days: pro-rata refund of the unworked portion at our discretion, with everything produced to date released to you.
- Founder cancels for cause: pro-rata refund of the remaining unworked balance and immediate release of all work produced.
- No obligation to continue: the assessment stands on its own. Declining a monthly engagement afterward does not affect any refund position.
Monthly engagements (price agreed after the Operating Risk Assessment)
- Monthly fees are agreed in writing before the first month begins and are billed monthly in advance; the current month is non-refundable.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Notify us by email at least 5 business days before month-end to avoid the next month's charge.
- No auto-renewal beyond the agreed term. No early-termination penalty. No phone-call-required cancellation. No retention trap.
How to request a refund
- Use the contact form on the home page with "Refund request" in the message, plus the booking ID or invoice number and a brief description.
- We confirm receipt within one business day.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we will respond to the issuing bank with the booking record, acknowledgment trail, recording metadata, and any deliverables produced. We will also pause your access pending resolution. Please email us first; we resolve refund issues faster than your card issuer can.
What this policy is not
This refund policy governs payments made directly to Clemons Wright. It does not govern relationships with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, engineers, architects, brokers, or contractors that you hire separately on our recommendation. Their refund and engagement terms are set by them. See scope of practice.
